In all locations can you please make contact with your driver by text or call advising of your arrival within 15 minutes after your disembarkation. (This lets us know your phone is working).

If after 20 mins, following the arrival of your flight, your driver has not heard from you they will proceed to the car park and advise you by text or phone of their whereabouts in order to meet you. They will have your name on display.
